3. Proof of means of subsistence

This document iterates the candidate’s financial capability to stay and study for the entire duration of the intended study program. The documents include:

(a) A bank statement showing the availability of the necessary funds is a must in such cases. The required amount will vary from country to country

4. Travel Iternary

One of the important visa requirements is to provide a flight itinerary or flight reservation for your overseas trip. A flight itinerary has many names - air ticket booking, flight confirmation, or a dummy airline ticket and is a mandatory document for most countries when applying for visa. If the applicant is travelling to more than one Schengen nation, proof of an intra-Schengen flight reservation, train itinerary, or car rental for the entire trip is needed.

5. Proof of stay

The relevant country's diplomatic office must check to see if you have a pre-arranged or agreed-upon place to stay for the duration of your visit. The Embassy/Consulate requires the following recognized forms:

(a) Valid evidence of a place to stay which can be a hotel booking/reservation,

(b) If the applicant is staying with a family/friend then their proof of sponsorship along with the passport copy of the host

The applicant must be careful while reserving the onward and return tickets considering the time frame of the visa processing and the validity of the visa checklist documents.
